Checklist to prepare for your event:

  • Complete the consent form 
  • Print the 25-page manual in color (attached PDF)
  • Print 2 copies of the single G-TEP worksheet. Print in color if possible.
  • Colored pencils, felt tips, or crayons
  • Reminder object: A silicone or rubber wristband, or a sticker for your phone

For additional resources and handouts, see the Materials tab above.

Your training staff will provide a completion code at the end of your event.  Enter that code in the completion evaluation

After completing that, you will be emailed your certificate!

    How do I access the consent form that I am required to complete for the GTEP training on May 7 and 8?

    I’m not sure how to find the worksheet that’s referenced I need 2 copies of. I printed the manual and the preparation pages. Is there powerpint slides I can access?

      The worksheets can be found in the preparation file, located in the materials tab in the course. The ppowerpoint slides are not provided.
