We are a small team and answer the phone when we can. If you reach voicemail, leave your name and the training you are asking about and we will call back.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. Messages sent on training days are answered the same day whenever possible.

Training dates and trainers
Every open cohort, with time zone, trainer and early registration price.
Groups and agencies
Four or more clinicians get an automatic discount online. Larger teams, dedicated cohorts and invoice billing go through a proposal.

Course videos, practice sheets and your certificates live in the portal.

Certificates and CE credits
Certificates are issued in your portal after the evaluation. They are your record of CE credit; PTI does not report to boards.
Cancellations and transfers
The terms are short and are the same for everyone, so they are worth a look before you write.
Paying for training
Cards, Sezzle and Klarna at checkout. Scholarships are limited and event-specific.
