We finished our 6-day training yesterday, but they did not have our course evaluations ready, so we were unable to receive our certificates and CEUs. Renee, our trainer, promised they were working on it, and the evaluations would be emailed to us shortly after we finished. I have not received mine yet, which means I still cannot get my certificate and CEUs. We were supposed to fill them out at the end of our training, while still in the training. Renee contacted the owner, who said they would definitely arrive within an hour by email after the training ended. This has not happened.
