Details: How do you determine what to do in phases 1 and 2 of the EMDR model? Maybe you have heard of somatic resourcing but feel confused about how to apply them. This workshop will address assessment and implementation of somatic resourcing with a wide range of client presentations. Through demonstrations, videos and online lecture we will teach a practical approach to integrate somatic resources into your EMDR practice.

2:00-2:30- Assessment of Current Resources
2:30-3:00 Demonstration/Video

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will learn at least 1 tool to assess current client resources.
2. Participants will learn how to apply the principles of nonviolence and mindfulness
3. Participants will learn a variety of ways to apply somatic resources with clients
